About The Position
As a Lead Producer at PlayStation, you will be responsible for leading the team creating a major portion of a brand new IP. This role involves collaboration with other product leaders to create detailed production plans and execute against those plans sustainably. You will aid the Production Director in ensuring that the team follows production best practices and manages the career growth of the producers on your team.
