As a Production Lead, you will play a key leadership role in driving daily production operations and supporting your team to meet performance, quality, and delivery goals. You will lead by example, coordinate production activities, and help create an environment focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of production or manufacturing experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Experience coordinating production schedules and supporting team performance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a production environment
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules and delivery targets are met
• Plan and organize staffing and work assignments to support production demand and workflow
• Review production orders, clarify requirements, and ensure accurate execution of job priorities
• Support new product introductions and assist production staff with processes and procedures
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members to support performance and development
• Monitor production performance and report results against established production plans
• Operate production equipment as needed to support team productivity and workflow
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and equipment repairs with appropriate teams
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and other departments to support operational success
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and good manufacturing practices
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Promote and enforce a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate effectively with leadership and team members to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals
