 Job PurposeThe Maintenance Lead oversees the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability, production efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role drives preventive and total productive maintenance (PM/TPM), fosters continuous improvement, and maintains 5S across the facility while modeling leadership and accountability.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, Facotry Talk Panel View, and Fanuc Robotics required.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in electrical troubleshooting, welding, mechanical repair, reading schematics and working with PLC I/O and pneumatics.
• Strong communication, basic math, and documentations skills.
• Forklift certification and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support Maintenance Technicians in daily operations, ensuring adherence to standards. Participate in training and skill development.
• Enforce all regulations. Promote a culture of safety awareness and proactive hazard prevention.
• Maintain clear communication between maintenance, production, and management. Encourage collaboration, feedback, and transparency.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement cost-effective improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Manage maintenance schedules and TPM programs to maximize uptime and resource utilization.
