As a Production Lead for Cirkul you will be responsible for driving production and ensuring employees meet shift goals within the retail department. This role will support the shift supervisor to ensure all employees are trained and have proper daily communication.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of leadership experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Experience utilizing warehouse equipment
• Willingness to work hard and demonstrate resilience.
• A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Enforce product quality standards/SOPs at all times and output standards set by each department area.
• Coach employees on company standards, report on daily attendance, and production goals.
• Train employees on best practices within the packaging department.
• Work in a friendly, team environment with a focus on driving production.
• Monitor daily inventory and supply counts, report downtimes to leadership and maintenance to ensure timely resolution.
• Hit daily production targets and complete each individual task in an effective and timely manner.
