About The Position

As a Production Lead, you'll oversee shift operations and lead a team of
production employees to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You'll
ensure proper training, enforce company policies, and maintain strong
communication across departments to keep everything running smoothly.

The Secondary Production Lead person oversees all shift Palletizer & Take-away
employees and complies with all safety, quality, quantity and housekeeping
standards. They will ensure that all personnel are properly trained and follow
all policies and procedures set forth by Wis-Pak. Area of responsibility &
ownership includes, all overhead conveyors after spirals through palletizers1-6,
stretch wrappers, discharge conveyors, labelers, forklifts, additional offline
stretch wrappers. Will work with WH leads to ensure proper put away is being
completed in assigned areas.

Requirements

• Aptitude for leading and developing subordinates
• Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
• Capability to follow written and verbal instructions
• A team oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Forklift driving skills( required)
• Physical ability: Walk, Stand, Bend, Stoop, Reach and Lift up to 75 lbs
• Willingness to work in temps of 60 to 90 degrees
• Flexibility to work overtime on a regular basis
