About The Position

CelLink is hiring multiple Production Leads to support our growing manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the floor, guiding teams, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
Production Leads provide day-to-day direction to operators, help keep work flowing, and act as a key link between the team and leadership.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring active engagement on the production floor throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (required for safety and coordination)
• Ability to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
• Ability to lead by example and support team performance
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Active, floor-based role with extended standing and walking
• Exposure to manufacturing conditions (noise, equipment, materials)
• PPE required and provided where applicable

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience
• Prior experience as a team lead, trainer, or informal leader
• Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems
• Experience in high-volume or shift-based manufacturing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction, support, and coordination for a team of production employees
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards
• Coordinate workflow, materials, and priorities to meet production targets
• Monitor production progress and escalate issues as needed
• Train and support team members, including new hires
• Reinforce standard work, safety procedures, and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
