About The Position
The Operations Lead Person is an hourly position responsible for the safe operation of their shift team. This role involves overseeing the training and job performance of Operators to ensure high quality and efficient operations while fostering a positive and inclusive culture. The position requires the ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, and occasionally different shifts. The Operations Lead will coordinate operations colleagues to complete all necessary tasks for the shift, ensure production schedules are met, and assist in resolving production issues.
