About The Position
A Production Team Lead job in Tacoma, Washington is available at Milgard Windows and Doors, at our Internal Supply Pultrusion building. In this role, you'll leverage your prior manufacturing experience to oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to quality standards, and directly support your team members. This hands-on position requires a mechanical aptitude and the ability to use measuring tools. The hourly compensation range is $26.00 - $29.00, plus a $2.00 shift differential. Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. MITER Brands, also known as Milgard, MI Windows & Doors and PGT Innovations, is one of the nation's largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country.
