About The Position

Easton Technical Products is the world leader in precision arrows. For over 90 years, our products have stood as the gold standard for quality and innovation as well as the product of choice for professional archers and hunters throughout the world. We are currently looking for a Production Lead I in our Tubemill department to join our team. This role will work 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday, 10 hour days.

Requirements

Front line supervisory experience
Speak, understand, read and write English
Must be able to work overtime, if needed
Excellent mechanical aptitude
Be able to lift, push and pull 50lbs.
Be able to explain MSDS for applicable products
Complete training requirements per ISO 9001
Complete training requirements per ISO 14001
Pre-employment background check and drug test required

Responsibilities

Directing the work schedule for the drawbench team
Train new production operators
Set up and operate tripe S.O. drawbenches
Set up and operate all final drawbenches
Be familiar with die crib operation including new dies and mandrels.
Perform buyoffs and production forms accurately.
Consistently meet production goals
Organize and direct team meetings, including weekly safety topics
