About The Position

The position involves guiding and training production employees while coordinating quality checks on the assigned production line. The role requires demonstrated leadership abilities and responsibility for training and directing a team of 12-40 employees. The individual will assign plant operations during their shift, meet production schedules, and maintain employee and product safety. The candidate must be production and quality conscientious, monitor usages and paperwork, and ensure collaborative relationships with industry, trade, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing

• Proficiencies in MS Office Suite and SAP preferred
