The individual will assign personnel to work stations, provide training, and recommend corrective actions for non-compliance. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role involves interaction with supervisors and line workers. The position also entails maintaining documentation and record-keeping for production, including lot tracking, waste, quality checks, and product usage. The individual must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and production reports. The role is expected to involve cross-training in all lead areas related to production and packaging, with a strong emphasis on safety. The individual will spend 95% of their shift on the floor and must be flexible with their schedule.
