About The Position

The Production Lead at Fosdick Fulfillment Corp is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the workflow of production activities in the assigned area. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience in production line functions or equivalent training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend necessary work transactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production flow of various work stations and estimate manpower requirements.
• Assign coworkers to jobs and monitor their performance.
• Train coworkers and demonstrate appropriate work procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Inform management of any personnel or production-related problems.
• Assist coworkers in making job-related decisions.
• Complete area paperwork or assist management in completing paperwork in a timely manner.
• Monitor the availability of materials and proper functioning of machinery.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in the area.
• Communicate with coworkers and assigned temporary employees in a courteous manner.
