CP&P is seeking a dependable Production Laborer to join the team at our Salem, VA precast plant. In this hands-on role, you'll be a vital part of the production process, responsible for setting up and preparing for the pouring and finishing of high-quality concrete products. You’ll use a variety of hand and power tools to smooth and finish concrete surfaces, as well as make repairs to ensure all products meet our strict quality standards. Prior experience in construction or concrete manufacturing is a plus.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or construction setting preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Complete daily activities according to work schedule
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Patch finished concrete products
- Read and follow simple blueprints or work instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support other tasks as needed to meet production goals
