Your role as a Production Laborer As a new Production Laborer at Barrett Petfood, you can expect a welcoming and engaging environment where teamwork is paramount. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating machinery, assembling product ingredients, and ensuring that production lines run smoothly. You will be actively involved in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, as these are vital to our operations. You’ll collaborate with experienced team members who will provide support and guidance as you learn the ropes. Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy your evenings while contributing to a high-performance team in the mornings.
