Responsibilities Production Labor - $22.72 starting pay - Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6:45pm to 7am Join the Real Alloy Team Direct hire opportunities with a great starting wage of $22.72/hr. , scheduled increases and skills training plan. Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds. What to expect: This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards. You start training on the day shift working 8 hr. shift after training is complete will transfer to weekend night shift
