About The Position

REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Responsibilities

• Join the Real Alloy Team
• Direct hire opportunities with a great starting wage of $22.72/hr., scheduled increases and skills training plan.

• Learn our safety and quality procedures.
• Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
• Training will be on day shift working 8.25 hours M-F, then transition to Monday-Thursday 6:45pm - 7am.
