About The Position

ABS Global, a Genus Company, has multiple exciting opportunities! We are looking for a Production Lab Technicians on our 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The Production Lab Technicians oversee production operations, including assembly, processing, and/or packaging. These positions are located at our lab in Windsor, WI. The Production Lab Technician has primary accountability for operating production equipment for processing cell sexing technology. Requirements

• Must possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Prior experience in a production laboratory, manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift/transfer 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on always maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Ability to utilize a computer, keyboard, and mouse to accomplish work tasks (includes but is not limited to the ability to look at computer monitor screens for the entirety of assigned shift).
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOP and maintain lab documentation, Provide accurate, timely and quality packaging of bovine semen in accordance with ABS standards.
• Learn other ancillary processes throughout the production lab as business needs necessitate.
• Adhere to proper cleaning, sanitation and sterilization protocols for all processing and collection equipment.
• Provide ideas for improvement in the work environment.
• Communicate issues to appropriate personnel (leads, supervisors, manager, support group).
• Perform all assigned duties based on daily production needs.
• Follow safe work procedures and report any incidences.
• Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
