About The Position

AGC Heat Transfer is the leading OEM manufacturer of sanitary plate heat exchangers used in the food, beverage, dairy, and other sanitary industries. AGC helps ensure the world’s food supply remains safe, clean, and reliable. As a Production Kitter, you’re the engine that keeps our manufacturing operations moving. You’ll gather, prepare, and organize the parts and materials that assemblers rely on to build our heat exchangers. You’ll ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery—keeping production on track and customers satisfied.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or material handling
Ability to read pick lists, drawings, and basic blueprints
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
Dependable attendance and solid communication
English reading, writing, and speaking skills

Nice To Haves

Prior kitting, inventory, or material handling experience
Forklift/pallet jack experience (or willingness to learn!)
Familiarity with ERP systems
Experience in lean or 5S environments

Responsibilities

Pick, identify, and prepare production parts based on schedules, pick lists, and bills of materials
Read drawings and basic blueprints to confirm correct components
Assemble material kits for frames, plate packs, gaskets, and more
Deliver completed kits to production areas efficiently
Use pallet jacks and forklifts (we’ll train you!)
Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality
Maintain accurate ERP/inventory records
Report any shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials
Keep your area clean and organized following 5S principles
Collaborate closely with production, quality, and inventory teams
Perform other duties that help keep the operation running smoothly
