About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Production/Inventory Coordinator to join the team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Position Responsibilities: Process and move production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to support complex production and product support activities, flight test, etc. Monitor and analyze work in process. Update status of parts and materials using automated systems. Identify and report complex problems and recommendations to ensure parts availability. Analyze complex problems. Resolve or reconcile complex discrepancies with parts and materials to maintain inventory and system accuracy. Coordinate with various functions to resolve complex or competing priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays. Works under minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Procurement experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience handling chemicals and/or Hazardous Materials (i.e., isopropyl alcohol and metals)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with tool/parts/material shipping and receiving
  • Minimum 3 years of experience interacting directly with external customers

  • Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
  • Summary pay range: $53,550 - $72,450.
