Job Description: Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, issuing materials to production, and ensuring proper storage, handling, and tracking of all components used in manufacturing. Supports material flow, resolves discrepancies, and ensures production teams have the supplies needed to meet daily schedules.

  • Issue and record materials, equipment, and returns for production teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily cycle counts.
  • Close work orders accurately and timely in the inventory system.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Receive, store, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels and reorder materials as needed.
  • Use inventory management software to track stock and update transactions.
  • Support Engineering with material revisions and workstation updates.
  • Prepare requisitions for tools, repairs, and replenishment.
  • Keep work areas and material locations organized and compliant with 5S.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Inventory control or material handling experience.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions (MOPs) and diagrams.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
  • 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
  • Experience with ISO 13485 or other quality systems.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
