We currently offer a $600 signing bonus for 6 months of successful performance and attendance. Job Summary: The Inventory Clerk is responsible for inventory control and flow coordination across production processes — from GP2 Supply through OGI. This role works closely with the Production Manager and QA Manager to track parts, prioritize work through each process, maintain accurate inventory records, assist with monthly inventory counts and produce reporting to support production and quality objectives. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at management’s discretion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a production or inventory control environment (or equivalent).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel; comfortable using MS Teams for collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Effective interpersonal skills; ability to work with production, quality, and other departments.
  • Basic data‑entry skills and comfort working with databases and reporting tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills (tables, filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables).
  • Competent with collaborative tools (MS Teams, email) and PC‑based systems.
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Ability to communicate inventory status, priorities, and issues clearly to Management.
  • Works effectively in a team and maintains constructive working relationships across departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory/production systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Track parts from GP2 Supply through each production process to OGI; maintain visibility of location, status, and priority.
  • Coordinate with Production Manager, QA Manager, and Planning department to prioritize parts and work orders through the processes, escalating issues as needed to minimize downtime and quality impacts.
  • Maintain and update priority lot tracking form.
  • Generate and distribute inventory and production status reports to the management team.
  • Archive and store process paperwork and inventory documentation per company policy.
  • Support audits and quality checks related to product traceability.
  • Identify opportunities for inventory accuracy and process improvements and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Production Manager or equivalent management personnel.
