Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Job Requirements: Perform all essential functions of the Assembler role, including building product and operating equipment used in the assembly process Maintain quality, efficiency, and adherence to production standards Provide accurate, real-time verbal interpretation between English and Spanish during production activities, meetings, trainings, and employee relations situations, maintaining neutrality at all times Translate written materials including work instructions, process sheets, safety documentation, and training materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency Maintain and update translated materials as source content changes Assist with onboarding and training of new assemblers, ensuring comprehension of procedures, quality standards, and expectations Support retraining efforts to reinforce proper methods and performance expectations Interpret and support training related to: First piece inspections and quality checks Equipment operation and part identification Identification and handling of nonconforming parts Equipment setup and basic adjustments Accurately communicate safety procedures, policies, and expectations Support safety trainings and assist with communication during incidents or investigations Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment Facilitate clear communication between supervisors and team members and help resolve communication barriers on the production floor Perform all essential functions of the Assembler role, including building product and operating equipment used in the assembly process Maintain quality, efficiency, and adherence to production standards Balance production responsibilities with interpretation needs as directed by supervision Respond promptly to interpretation requests while maintaining workflow efficiency Follow direction from supervisors regarding task prioritization Experience and General Skills Required: Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) Ability to accurately interpret and translate technical and production-related terminology Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read, learn, and follow detailed written procedures and instructions Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment focused on quality, performance, and accountability Ability to operate and instruct others in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed Education Requirements: None Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing and walking.
