The Production Intern will have an opportunity to support the day-to-day operations for our team as we work to bring our artists' stories to life through film and TV. Timing: Feb 2026 – May 2026 Weekly Schedule: Onsite 2-3 days a week (up to 20 hours per week)

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university with rising Junior, Senior, or recent graduate standing preferred
  • Pursuing a degree in the Film industry - Production or related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in film, production, or studio operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Google Workspace experience preferred
  • Strong communication and note-taking abilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist producers and coordinators throughout all phases of prep, production, and post-production.
  • Conduct research on venues, talent, and logistics to support upcoming and potential shoots.
  • Support rights, clearances, and deliverables tracking in coordination with the post-production team.
  • Assist with basic budgeting tasks, cost tracking, and maintaining up-to-date production records.
  • Organize, label, and maintain production and development documentation within the G Drive system.
  • Attend production and post-production meetings, take detailed notes, and track action items.
  • Support festival and screening preparation, including submissions, schedules, documentation, and event logistics.
  • Provide general production assistance as needed; may include occasional opportunities to visit set or assist as a production assistant.
