About The Position

Production & Integration Management Analyst, Senior The Opportunity: As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced production and integration management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of next generation Navy programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, Power BI, spend plans, contract deliverables, and regular interactions with engineering SMEs, production teams, and program leadership. You will coordinate complex, multi-site production efforts with some travel involved, breaking down barriers or blockers to get production moving to keep next generation Navy systems on schedule, aligned, and mission ready. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT production coordination, project management, or defense or aerospace roles
  • Knowledge of Navy tactical communication systems or C4ISR programs
  • Ability to manage production schedules, budgets, and multi-site coordination of complex technical programs, collaborating across stakeholders
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
