About The Position

We are looking for the "Engine" of our remodeling business. You will be responsible for the critical path between a signed contract and a finished home, ensuring that materials arrive on time, crews are where they need to be, and obstacles are cleared before they become delays. About the Role: Procurement & Lead Times: Take ownership of the “Order to Delivery” process. You’ll manage vendor relationships and track lead times for cabinetry, tile, and fixtures to ensure zero downtime. Master Scheduling: Coordinate internal crews and subcontractors to maximize efficiency across multiple active job sites. Proactive Troubleshooting: Identify potential supply chain or scheduling bottlenecks early and implement creative solutions to keep projects on track. Vendor Management: Negotiate with suppliers to ensure we are getting the best pricing and priority delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in residential construction, specifically in a logistics, purchasing, or project coordination role, with deep knowledge of kitchen and bath material specifications, including cabinetry, countertops, and plumbing.
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3–5 years of installation or construction experience, with a background in acrylic bath systems and plumbing knowledge (highly preferred).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, along with quality assurance and customer service experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • A Master Coordinator who enjoys the “puzzle” of scheduling and can pivot quickly when a delivery is delayed or a crew member is out.
  • Detail-obsessed, with an understanding that a missing 1/2-inch trim piece can stall a $100k kitchen, and ensures that doesn’t happen.
  • A communication pro who can handle tough conversations with vendors and provide clear updates to the field team.
  • Tech-fluent and comfortable using Buildertrend or similar project management software to track real-time data.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and schedule all bath system installations
  • Lead and support installation crews, ensuring timely, high-quality workmanship
  • Review customer contracts and coordinate product orders
  • Manage warehouse inventory and vendor relationships
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction and follow-up after installations
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients and request referrals
  • Handle all permitting, documentation, and CRM updates
  • Support installers with on-site issues and service calls
  • Analyze job costs and service trends for continuous improvement
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of installation staff
  • Manage calendars for installation scheduling and time-off requests
  • Maintain accurate records of timesheets, receipts, and job completions
