About The Position

The job is for an hourly Production Team Member on the 1st Shift at JBS USA, starting at $18.00 per hour. Requirements

Proficient in General Labor I job titles
Demonstrate the ability to consistently operate in a role that is: more labor-intensive; at a faster pace; and work with products with a greater yield
Physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance
Ability to concentrate on tasks without distractions
Ability to lift to 50lbs
Well-organized with good attention to detail
Display a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Adaptable and dependable with the ability to follow directions and work cooperation with others
Maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved, instructions and to deal with problems involving a few different variables
Ability to work for long hours in a no-kill food processing environment, where it is wet, damp, and cold. Temperatures are frequently below freezing, and employees are expected to remain in these conditions for most of their workdays
