Requirements
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A positive, winning attitude that inspires others.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for the entire shift.
Nice To Haves
- Strong preference for candidates with machine operating skills.
- Leadership experience within a production cell.
- Desired experience in operating presses, water jets, assembly, lamination, and sawing machinery.
