About The Position

If you are ready to build a home AND a career, CAVCO - Rocky Mount is seeking committed team members for various PRODUCTION HOME ASSEMBLER positions with starting pay of $19.90 per hour! (This includes a COMPETITIVE Starting Rate + Production + Attendance and Christmas Bonuses!) Team members can earn up to $20.90 to $22.80 per hour based on experience, qualifications and additional Production Bonus by participating in our exciting new CAREER PROGRESSION PROGRAM! Requirements

Construction or Warehouse Experience a plus, but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding work in a climate-protected environment
Skilled in the operation and control of hand tools (tape measure, hammer, utility knife, etc.)
Flexible to work in a fast paced, changing environment
Not afraid to get dirty and handle tools/equipment on a daily basis
Must be 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
