About The Position

Primary Responsibilities Apply stencils, paint, and stamps to drill pipe in accordance with standard operating procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe operations Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures Assist multiple Heat Treat lines as needed to support production flow Support operators and team members to ensure efficient operations Job Duties Perform stencil, paint, and stamping tasks on drill pipe according to shop orders and specifications Provide support across more than one Heat Treat line when required Perform basic maintenance and upkeep on assigned equipment Cut test samples per shop order instructions and submit them to the Met Lab for analysis Fill in for Operators when needed to maintain workflow and productivity Work safely in industrial and outdoor environments, including adverse weather conditions when required Remain on your feet for extended periods, including standing up to 12 hours during shifts Maintain consistent attendance and reliability in support of team operations

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Basic computer skills required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Ability to multi-task and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively and work safely within a team-oriented setting
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company
Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance
