About The Position

Production team members will be assigned to work on the Mattress and/or Hybrid
lines under the direction of the shift supervisor. Production team members are
expected to work in a manner which promotes safety, quality, and efficiency to
meet production goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow ALL Safe work practices, LOTO, PPE, JHA’s, etc.
• Meet all quality standards and customer requirements.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Skill and ability to meet or exceed the production standards.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate plant scanners and computers to print or scan tickets, conduct inventory, and perform all job-specific SAP functions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis exercise for Safety, Reliability, Cost, and Quality.
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and clean work area.
• Use of hand tools, measuring devices, shop equipment.
• Work well with other employees
• Actively participate in FXI Safety Program. Follow appropriate Safe Work Practices, safety glasses or goggles, hazard communications, forklift certification, gloves.
• All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
