General SummaryThe Group Leader will train and lead team members on assigned projects and manage daily production activities, as well as, providing team members with work standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor Safety, Quality, Cost and Productivity with daily improvement activities Maintain compliance with TS/16949 and ISO14000 implementation goals Direct multiple team leaders and their respective zones Perform line input and other administrative tasks as required Prevent defects from passing to the next work process driving first-time quality in station Motivate, train, and develop Team Leader/Members to effectively perform their jobs utilizing standard methods and procedures Ensure Team Members perform their job responsibilities and empower them to continuously improve their work by managing and eliminating constraints.
