A Day in the Life The Production Group Lead IV is responsible for overseeing daily operations within an assigned production area, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This role acts as a liaison between frontline team members and management, providing leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure production goals are achieved. The Group Lead IV will play a key role in training, continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities
- Leads production team work process, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly as assigned by supervisor.
- Prioritizes use of operators according to build schedule.
- Communicates process issues and provides status updates to team supervisor .
- Coaches operators/assemblers on production and problem solving skills, performing technical review and machinery setup/breakdown as needed.
- Ensures Medtronic company quality and safety standards are upheld.
