Responsibilities
- Cleans the offal area.
- Ensures belts and augers are turned on or off when changing trailers.
- Reports any mechanical issues (such as pump failure, etc.) to maintenance and/or management.
- Assists in pumping of blood into blood tanks.
- Reports to lead or supervisor changing out of trailers.
- Performs various production labor duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
