The position involves following all company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) to produce high-quality products in a safe and healthful manner. Assigned shift attendance is required, and the employee will work in all areas of production and packaging, which includes operating machinery and being in close proximity to it. The role requires the ability to work as part of a team and assist fellow employees as needed. Responsibilities include quality inspection, monitoring and operating equipment (such as palletizers), stocking production lines with materials, safely operating powered industrial equipment, tracking quality and waste metrics, emphasizing sanitation and cleaning, assisting line technicians in daily activities, maintaining forklifts and floor jacks, and moving finished skids to the warehouse area.
