About The Position

Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is seeking a Production Foreman reporting to the Production Assistant Superintendent Carlsbad, NM. The Production Foreman will be responsible for the daily Production operations. This position will be responsible for Lease Operator and contractor oversight in accordance with Company goals while keeping HSE as a top priority.

Requirements

High School diploma/GED
Minimum 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
2 years of Production Foreman experience
Must be willing and able to live and work in Carlsbad, NM

Responsibilities

Daily review of production data collected for QCQA purposes and reporting.
Monitoring and delivery of new wells during flowback operations and battery turn through.
Reporting all spills in a timely manner with volume and type of release.
Oversee optimization efforts regarding production and expenditures.
Oversee training and development for lease operators in accordance with company goals.
Work in close collaboration with engineers and other staff members.
Oversee individual trending well performance and communicate issues or concerns to engineering.
Facility operation optimization to deliver accurate well tests and always provide quality fluid to sale.
Aid Production Superintendent with various tasks as required.
Provide feedback during collaborative monthly/quarterly full team discussions about operations.
Operational efficiency efforts to target lower expenditure, higher production, and safety initiatives.
Daily organization of lease operator activities and follow-ups.
Handle and approve field related invoices.
Ensure all facilities are in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
