Requirements

• High School diploma and/or equivalent experience
• Experience leading operations teams in a manufacturing plant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Professionalism and a passion for leadership
• Experience with food service/manufacturing a plus

Responsibilities

• Train and coach employees
• Manage the production schedule
• Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that packages food products and processing any rework that may result from equipment malfunctioning
• Clean and sterilize equipment and factory processing areas
• Inventory management software maintenance
• Record production data during quality checks
• Observing, receiving, scanning, data base entries and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
