We are actively searching for a Production Roofing Foreman (Quality Assurance Supervisor) for our Production department. The ability to successfully lead a team of 3-6 workers, have experience with multiple types of commercial flat roofing, get the job done in a timely manner and require a professional, as well as a quality product for our customers. Our Crew Foreman positions also requires a valid driver's license, good driving record, and willingness to travel. Some states we travel in are: Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama and Georgia (few other states on rare occasions). In our Roofing Foreman positions, we will help train you on our roof system but this position will require some experience in construction or roofing industry, as well as leadership, problem solving, time-management, OSHA & ACR's safety precautions & rules. Having knowledge of quality control and the ability to communicate well with your teams & our customers are important, while ensuring they are getting the job done and providing a professional and quality product for our customers. Having roofing experience is a PLUS! Position is Full Time, year around. PTO time is available after 1 year of Full Time service. Candidates must be willing to travel, if necessary. Travel length is based on jobs types and locations. Job sites may be in one of the states listed above.
