About The Position
The Production Float Lead is responsible for leading a team of five to six individuals in the production, shipping, and receiving of products and materials. This role involves active participation in the production process, ensuring that operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with the production schedule. The lead will also maintain cleanliness and organization in the work areas while overseeing scale and warehouse operations.
