As a Production Experienced Roofer, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of jobs assigned by the foreman or lead man necessary for job completion. Daily responsibilities include site preparation, material movement, material removal, and roof system installation. You will interact professionally with other employees and work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Punctuality is essential, and you are expected to arrive with all personal tools and PPE as required by your supervisor. You will be responsible for the installation of roofing materials and systems while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Additionally, you will assist other team members to uphold the company's quality and safety standards during installations. This position may require physical capabilities such as lifting up to 50 lbs, performing operations that require body movement, and working at heights or in adverse climatic conditions. You should be prepared for extended hours, nights, or weekends if needed to meet project schedules and goals. Reliable transportation to and from work is also required.
