So, at AJ Manufacturing, we manufacture specialty automotive aftermarket tools that, for the most part, fill a particular niche. Requirements

• High school diploma and one to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and write; possess basic math aptitude using fractions, decimals and whole numbers. Number accuracy is required.
• Ability to use and interpret fixed gauges.
• Ability to access basic information via computer.
• Lifting, Pushing and Pulling 25 - 50 pounds

• Visual Acuity
• Use of hands to assemble and or carry out job functions

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple machines within the facility in order to rotate when needed.
• CNC Machine
• CNC Loading Robot
• Hydraulic or Knurling press
• Punch Machine
• Packing and labeling of parts, as well as loading parts for transit
• Work together with multiple employees in a team environment, following all safety and OSHA rules.
• Meet or exceed productivity and throughput standards in each area.
