Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Basic computer skills knowledge and skills
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
  • Ability to follow Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills for developing positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor physical inventory to ensure accuracy in the Revela Foods system.
  • Calculate actual product usage of ingredients and adjust inventory accordingly.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail for proper inventory control.
  • Communicate production details effectively to team members.
  • Assist with product traceability as needed.
  • Participate in daily cycle counting of inventory.
  • Monitor raw materials for first expired, first out usage.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end inventory programs.
  • Collaborate with production entry team members to ensure correct information is entered into production paperwork.
  • Verify correct items are staged for use with staging personnel.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Report any suspicious activity related to food defense.
