About The Position
Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a Production Engineering – Phantom Works Composite Manager to join our team in Berkeley, Missouri. This position involves managing employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Production Engineering. The role includes developing and executing project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures, and setting operational goals. The manager will acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements. Additionally, the position requires developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. The manager will also provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes, while managing, developing, and motivating employees. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
