About The Position

As a co-op in Toyota Production Engineering, you will be assigned between one and three projects that deliver tangible value to the organization. These projects may involve initiatives such as reducing costs or defects, enhancing machine efficiency, gathering and analyzing production data, redesigning parts or components for improved manufacturability, optimizing floor layouts, and implementing comprehensive safety checks and procedures, among other responsibilities. Furthermore, you will operate within a collaborative team setting, with an assigned manager to oversee your daily responsibilities and guide your development plan, as well as a mentor dedicated to supporting your personal and professional objectives.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum GPA of 2.7 or higher
• Must have the right to work in the United States and not require Toyota sponsorship for immigration-related employment
• Must have completed at least one full academic year at a two-year or four-year college or university post-high school (sophomore standing or above)
• Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited degree program studying in an Engineering discipline
• Must have reliable transportation
