Independently manage and complete assigned projects, delivering results within agreed timelines and milestones Optimize production unit operations by analyzing performance data and implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with Safety and Environmental regulations Work with all divisions of the complex to solve any site production problems Participate in the development and monitoring of operating budgets (fixed and variable costs), partnering with Finance to control operating costs and report monthly performance metrics Support the development of operating procedures; review and validate training material; update documents required for ISO certification Develop strong working relationships with Integrated Planning and Business Teams to drive unit optimization. Identify optimization opportunities using knowledge of variable production costs and propose innovative project ideas. Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to address client specifications and inquiries. Develop personnel management skills including understanding policies and practices for supervising employees Responsible for MOCs.
