We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for evaluating, developing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing testing methods, coordinating equipment maintenance, and guiding technicians through development projects. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a solid engineering background to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent is required
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and departments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to help across multiple departments.
Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees.
Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
Ability to problem solve.
Must be able to type, sit for long periods of time, and lift up to 15lbs at a time.
Advance computer skills and software management experience.

Nice To Haves

2-3 years of experience of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs.
Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, research testing methods and conferring with equipment vendors.
Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Assures product and processes quality by designing testing methods.
Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, material costs.
Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
Strategizing the development process, including raw materials and machinery.
Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
All other duties as assigned.
