As a Production Engineer, you will help optimize processes and ensure high-quality production for both new product introductions and volume manufacturing. Your work will directly contribute to ASML’s mission of pushing technology forward and enabling groundbreaking innovations in electronics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment or internship experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or NX.
  • Knowledge of SPC, data analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate across teams.
  • Apply analytical thinking to solve complex problems.
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Take initiative and show a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Work independently while contributing to team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze SPC data to monitor process stability and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support initiatives to reduce cycle time and labor hours in volume production.
  • Develop and update manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
  • Participate in design reviews and manufacturability assessments for new products.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting production issues and driving root cause resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and document results to support qualification plans.
