About The Position

Our Engineering interns can experience operations in various food processing plant facilities across the Midwest, such as oilseed processing or refinery locations, corn dry or wet-milling operations, or industrial chemicals manufacturing facilities. You will gain firsthand exposure to leadership, equipment troubleshooting, and dealing with the myriad of challenges in a facility that operates around the clock, 365 days per year. This experience offers hands-on knowledge of the plant processes, products, and employees in the real manufacturing world at ADM. Our program promotes the development of students while providing a training ground for potential future employees. Requirements

• Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027.
• Must have overall 2.8GPA
• Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.
• Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.
• Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
• Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.
