What You’ll Do We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Quality and Production Engineering Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while contributing to meaningful projects that support operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Support Production Engineers by contributing to project execution and daily operational tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Sustaining Engineering, and Production Supervisors to advance project goals. Design and develop fixturing and tooling solutions to enhance production cell efficiency. Create and revise factory floor layouts to optimize space utilization and workflow. Engage directly with production cells and operators on the factory floor to observe, learn, and support operations. Analyze cycle times for assemblies and unit production to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Measure and document improvements resulting from implemented changes to validate impact and support continuous improvement efforts. Travel percentage: 0%
