About The Position

SPARK is looking for a Production Designer with a down-to-the-pixel eye for detail. The Production Designer is someone who can support brand systems and ad campaigns by translating creative concepts into final files. By keeping work on brand, on time, and in spec, our Production Designers play a big role in executing creative. This role is 90% remote; however, will have days onsite in Fort Lauderdale. Candidate must be located in South Florida, within driving distance to Fort Lauderdale. This role will also be client-facing.

Requirements

Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear and effective communicator, capable of explaining technical details to non-technical team members
2-5 years experience in a similar role at an in-house, brand or advertising agency
Award-winning portfolio with Regional and National clients in a variety of advertising media including TV, OOH, and digital
Expert file prep across any media
Understanding of design principles for type, shape, color and photography
Figma Experience
Adobe Creative Cloud ( ID, PS, AI, AN )
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or similar

Nice To Haves

Sketch, Motion graphics, Front End Development and or 3D experience a plus

Responsibilities

Translate and comp current direction to various formats for campaign and client asks
Prepare and finalize print and digital files, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards
Resize and reformat various pieces for a variety of size and layout requirements
Handle versioning and updates to files, incorporating feedback efficiently and accurately
Take careful consideration and attention to detail to ensure all files are proofed, on time, on brand and in spec
Conduct thorough reviews of creative assets to ensure visual consistency, accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, maintaining quality control throughout the process
Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure flawless execution of deliverables
Design and create HTML5 Banner Ads
Refine, Animate and code for HTML5 Banner Ads
Partner with designers and art directors to translate concepts into final deliverables that meet project objectives
Provide technical support and expertise to the creative team, ensuring efficient workflows and best practices
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, delivering work on time and to spec
