About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented graphic production designer who is experienced in working within established brand standards. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and skilled with every step of the design process from concept to collecting files for print. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or advertising environment
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong knowledge of brand identity and visual design principles
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an in-house corporate setting with a focus on brand development and management
  • Knowledge of Adobe Workfront
  • Video editing and/or animation skills a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media assets
  • Update copy and artwork based on brand guidelines and client feedback
  • Assist in digital communication production
  • Manage the collection and uploading process of all project materials
  • Work within project management software (Adobe Workfront) to communicate with team members and clients
  • Develop and maintain RBC Wealth Management's visual identity across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate with the team to concept and design new projects, from initial ideas to final delivery
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and meet our high standards
